Job Description
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders across diverse industries (MNCs, GLCs, SMEs) to develop tailored learning and development frameworks that address organizational needs.
- Design and refine curriculum and training materials to enhance leadership competencies and team effectiveness.
- Continuously enhance training content to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.
- Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and methodologies to improve learner engagement and meet evolving client expectations.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to create an interactive and trust-based learning environment where participants feel motivated and open to learning.
- Adapt communication styles to engage with professionals across all organizational levels effectively.
- Oversee and manage key client accounts, including both new and existing partnerships, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Handle the profit and loss (P&L) management for the L&D portfolio to drive sustainable success.
- Support the full learning journey, ensuring that training is seamlessly integrated into the overall employee development experience.
- Implement strategies to reinforce knowledge retention and application beyond the classroom.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Psychology, Mass Communication or related field
- At least 2 years experience in training / L&D
- Presentation and facilitation experience
- Hands on experience in a leadership role
- Business Development and client facing skills would be an advantage
- Articulate and personable
- Tuned in to audience needs intelligently
- Relishes opportunities to grow and help others grow
