Job Description
- Generate debtor statements and outstanding invoices in PDF format.
- Verify debtor balances with DCR records before sending to customers.
- Follow up on payment status and update DCR remarks accordingly.
- Record unanswered calls and customer feedback in DCR.
- Forward payment proofs and receipts to the Payment Group upon receipt.
- Confirm customer orders (price, quantity, model, and size).
- Check pricing against approved price lists and previous quotations before responding.
- Verify stock availability before confirming orders.
- Send Sales Orders (SO) and Customer Purchase Orders (CP) accurately.
- Forward confirmed orders to the Sales Order Group.
- Export DAR reports and identify potential business opportunities near customer locations.
Support efficient route planning to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a coordinating, customer service, or workshop coordination role (tyre or automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
- Excellent coordination skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced workshop or service environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Willing to work at Shah Alam.
