Job Description

  • Oversee and process immigration applications, focusing on Singapore Citizenship, PR, and related cases.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather, review, and verify all required documents for submission.
  • Offer accurate advice on documentation, leveraging a thorough understanding of Singapore’s immigration guidelines.
  • Draft personalized cover letters that effectively showcase each client’s strengths and background.
  • Ensure all applications submitted to government agencies meet strict accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Deliver outstanding client service, addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Support clients during and after application submission, ensuring smooth completion of all formalities.
  • Keep application tracking systems updated, organized, and accurate.
  • Perform additional administrative or support tasks as directed by the management team.


Job Requirements

  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal communication in Chinese and proficient written English skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • No prior immigration experience needed—comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle high volumes of digital documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
