Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative digital creative marketing ideas for new features and product roll-outs
- Lead the ideation and strategy for digitisation projects across the platform
- Source and partner with digital, social media, and creative agencies to execute approved marketing campaigns
- Lead the team in planning and executing both online and offline marketing projects and activities
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns for event launch and updates
- Guide and manage the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives and activities
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guides for marketing functions to ensure continuity and consistency
- Develop innovative digital content and ideas designed to drive app downloads, user engagement, and revenue growth
- Oversee accurate and timely content uploads across all platforms
- Establish SOP documentation for content creation workflows and best practices
- Co-lead discussions and collaboration with technology partners on platform development
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule
- Plan, manage, and keep the team updated on tech partner deliverables and milestones
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated success in campaign management and execution across digital channels
- Proficiency in social media marketing and content strategy
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively with external agencies and technology partners
- Experience developing SOPs and process documentation
