Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist users of our client's social media platform with ad performance and account-related inquiries via live chat and outbound calls
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to both B2C and B2B users
Guide users through platform features and explain company policies
Handle higher volume of live chat interactions compared to outbound calls
Support users in resolving account access and advertising campaign concerns
Maintain high-quality customer interactions in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1-N2 proficiency with strong communication skills
English language skills at B1 (conversational) level minimum, able to understand training materials and read English documentation
Comfortable with rotational shift work from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM across 5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays
Able to work 100% office-based at One Precinct Office, Penang with no work-from-home or hybrid options
Interest or experience in social media, digital marketing, or digital advertising (preferred but not required)
