Job Description

    We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the India market. You’ll be the key link between our headquarters and distributors, helping to expand our reach, strengthen partnerships, and increase awareness of our motorcycle performance parts.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • Work closely with distributors and dealers across India to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
    • Support local partners with marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
    • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to identify new opportunities.
    • Analyze sales data to spot patterns and help shape future strategies.
    • Roll out new product launches, pricing strategies, and company initiatives across your region.
    • Encourage collaboration between distributors to maximize reach and impact nationwide.
    • Research and plan new ways to grow the business and improve market presence.
       

Job Requirements

  • A genuine passion for motorcycles and the two-wheeled lifestyle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian market landscape, with previous experience working in India being highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with partners, dealers, and distributors across diverse backgrounds.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India, with occasional trips to Malaysia for training and management/customer meetings.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Multilingual abilities and cultural adaptability, which will help build stronger engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Working location: Gurugram, Haryana.
