- Curious, commercially minded, and genuinely good with people
- Comfortable with ambiguity. We are still building, and that means wearing multiple hats
- Strong communicator in English; Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa is a bonus
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus, not a requirement
