I started in recruitment in 2016 as a researcher. Over four years I worked my way up to Consulting Manager, building out language and BPO hiring practices, leading teams across executive search, and learning what actually separates a good placement from a forgettable one.
In 2022, I started FIND Talents. I kept seeing the same pattern: agencies rushing placements to collect fees, missing on cultural fit, then moving on. Candidates treated as CVs, not people. Clients left onboarding someone who was never truly right for the role.
I built FIND Talents to break that pattern. Every search gets senior attention. Every candidate is shortlisted by someone who genuinely understands the role, the market, and where it matters, the language. We work with a focused number of clients so we can go deep on every mandate.
