Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, React, and JavaScript within Visual Studio
•Lead, mentor, and guide a squad of 3+ developers while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
•Architect and maintain database schemas across MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL with focus on performance tuning and optimization
•Manage application deployment lifecycles on cloud-based Linux Virtual Machines, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration and high availability
•Proactively monitor production server health, performance, and uptime while rapidly diagnosing and resolving live issues and system outages
•Establish and enforce rigorous software testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) and lead comprehensive code reviews
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives including upgrading legacy frameworks and refactoring code for optimal performance
Job Requirements:
•5+ years of proven software development experience with a strong portfolio of enterprise-level web applications
•Demonstrated experience directly leading, mentoring, and reviewing the work of a development team with 3+ members
•Deep technical knowledge of C# and the .NET Core framework
•Strong proficiency in React, modern JavaScript, and building responsive user interfaces
•Extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization
•Solid understanding of deploying, configuring, and maintaining applications on Linux environments
•Proven experience managing workloads with Kubernetes for container orchestration
•Proven experience setting up monitoring tools, tracking system performance, and resolving live production incidents
•Proven track record of implementing software testing frameworks and leading peer code reviews
