Senior Operation Executive (Korean Speaker)

• Liaise with overseas land operators to coordinate tour & hotel arrangement for clients in Korean.
• Able to negotiate with suppliers and create attractive travel packages and products.
• Creative in developing new products and packages.
• Prepare contents for tour package flyer, EDM ( Electronic Digital Marketing ) including setting tour fee.
• Prepare Pre-Tour briefing before FIT/group tour departure ( Preparation of briefing booklet and relevant travel documents )
• Tour leading (allowance, flight ticket and accommodation will be provided)
• Communicate with Sales Support & Sales PIC for inquiries & bookings
• Support in communicating with Korean government bodies when necessary
• Submitting report and tour documentation in system on timely basis
• Making of tour itinerary and manage itinerary when its confirmed
• Making of tour costing, quotation and create invoice/voucher/credit note on accounting system (Tourplan)
• Attend monthly team meeting to update sales status
• Assist and attend event management
• Attend seminar, training & event assigned by company

Job Requirements

• STPM / Diploma / Degree holder
• Has at least 2 years working experience in Korean company or tourism related field
• Fluent in English,Malay, Chinese and Korean (minimum TOPIK4 and can talk fluently)
• Prefer to have some work experiences in Tourism & Hospitality sectors
• Having product planning experience in Travel industry would be a plus
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Has good teamwork spirit & adaptable to challenges and changes
