Lead, manage and hands on R&D projects and solution development for die bonding machines/equipment.
Expected to establish the core competency and become the content expert within the group to provide guidance and solve complex issues
Project management of varies R&D development programs
Assisting the team training needs, guiding the team competency development, learning and growth
New technology path finding and continue to innovate new solution for improvement and
technology enhancement
Lead team brainstorming for problem solving, DFMEA and design review discussion
Conduct and lead issue investigation, troubleshooting and work with cross functional team for solution implementation
Determine project specification and schedule by studying the product requirements and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements
Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Computer with second upper class or above
At least 7 years’ working experience in related field at managerial position
Experience in design & develop die bonder equipment and High precision bonding equipment
Well versed in Solid Works or any CAD designing tools
Knowledge in WLCSP with strategic innovative mindset will be added advantage
Capable of reading and communicating fluently in English and Mandarin.
Working location: Singapore
Possess good leadership, good experience of project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
