- Proactively market and distribute a broad range of SLMA/SLMT products, customized to meet the diverse financial needs of clients.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall performance and success of the branch.
- Deliver professional, needs-based financial advice and recommend appropriate banking and financial solutions to clients.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager (BM) and Banca Business Manager (BBM) to ensure all sales initiatives align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
- Build strong client relationships by ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing excellent post-sales service.
- Effectively manage sales leads, ensuring timely planning, follow-ups, and conversion of opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the Branch Manager to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing requirements and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) standards prior to offering SLMA/SLMT products.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Possession of valid insurance licensing, including PCIL and TBE (Part A & C – Full License).
- Minimum of one 1 year of working experience in insurance or takaful sales.
- Good understanding of insurance and/or takaful products and sales processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
