Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, banquet functions, and cafés.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B team members.
  • Supervise staff performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to optimize operational profitability.
  • Track sales performance, manage departmental budgets, and analyze financial results.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement activities, and stock control processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while supporting cost-effective purchasing initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized dining environment for guests and employees.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop, review, and enhance menu offerings.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate service standards regularly and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare operational, sales, and financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure all F&B equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments to support seamless business operations.
  • Drive departmental performance by achieving sales, service excellence, and profitability objectives.
