Job Description

1. Cloud Vendor Operations & Policy Management

Develop a deep understanding of cloud vendor programs, operational policies, incentive structures, rebate mechanisms, and partner requirements.
Monitor, interpret, and communicate changes in vendor policies, programs, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
Ensure operational activities are aligned with vendor requirements and business objectives.
Identify opportunities arising from vendor programs, incentives, promotions, funding initiatives, and partner benefits.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management teams to maximize vendor incentives, rebates, and business opportunities.
Maintain operational knowledge across multiple cloud ecosystems and continuously stay updated on vendor policy changes.

2. Cloud Operations Management

Manage the complete lifecycle of cloud accounts, including account creation, provisioning, modifications, migrations, renewals, suspensions, and terminations.
Ensure operational requests are processed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
Oversee cloud subscription management, licensing administration, and account maintenance activities.
Support daily operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and other cloud ecosystems.
Act as an escalation point for operational issues and drive resolution in a timely manner.

3. Cloud Operations Management

Manage the complete lifecycle of cloud accounts, including account creation, provisioning, modifications, migrations, renewals, suspensions, and terminations.

4. Billing & Commercial Operations

Prepare and verify quotations, subscriptions, invoices, cloud consumption reports, and billing reconciliation activities.
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with vendor requirements.
Monitor cloud consumption, customer commitments, and operational metrics.
Coordinate with Finance regarding invoice disputes, payment follow-up, billing clarification, and account reconciliation.
Support management reporting and commercial operational analysis.

5. Customer & Vendor Management

Serve as the primary operational liaison between customers, cloud vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate onboarding, migrations, service activations, account changes, and renewal activities.
Manage customer and vendor escalations professionally and effectively.
Build strong working relationships with cloud vendors, distributors, and strategic partners.

6. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Cloud Operations team.
Coach, mentor, and support team members to improve operational capability and service quality.
Drive accountability, ownership, and operational discipline across the team.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, workflow standards, and knowledge repositories.
Continuously improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Cloud Service Delivery, Cloud Billing Operations, Cloud Vendor Operations, or Cloud Reseller Operations.
Experience working with Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Distributors, Cloud Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSP), or Cloud-focused Technology Companies.
Practical experience managing cloud accounts, subscriptions, billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle operations.
Experience understanding, implementing, or managing cloud vendor policies, partner programs, rebates, incentives, or operational requirements.
