Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term goals to drive sustainable growth
- Lead the organization in achieving key business objectives including profitability, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage in a dynamic market
- Foster and promote company culture, mission, and values across all levels of the organization
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, consistency, and cost-effective resource management
- Implement best practices and streamline operational processes to improve service delivery and internal workflows
- Optimize supply chain management and cost controls to maximize profitability
- Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities for opening new outlets within Malaysia and internationally
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for entering new markets and expanding the brand's global presence
- Form strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration and competitive positioning
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting and resource allocation
- Review and analyze financial reports, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure the company's financial health and stability through sound fiscal policies and governance
- Spearhead initiatives to create new income streams and increase profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Serve as the company's primary spokesperson and brand ambassador at public events and industry forums
- Provide regular strategic updates to the board of directors on business performance and initiatives
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team to achieve organizational goals
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development
- Develop frameworks and policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization
- Define performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational objectives at all levels
- Safeguard the brand's identity and ensure consistency across all locations and platforms
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative product offerings and exceptional service
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand equity and market visibility
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry certifications (HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO as applicable)
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and market-related risks to protect business interests
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain strong corporate governance practices
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record as a CEO or C-level executive in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Extensive experience in business expansion and international market entry
- Strong strategic thinking and visionary leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated financial acumen with expertise in P&L management and budgeting
- Successful experience in leading multi-unit operations and driving operational excellence
- Track record of building and developing high-performing executive teams
- Deep understanding of supply chain management and cost optimization
- Proven ability to navigate regulatory compliance, including food safety and industry certifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging investors, boards, and industry partners
- Experience in brand building and marketing strategy development
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Fluency in English and Malay (written and verbal)
