Vision Manager

• Lead, manage and hands on in Vision R&D projects and solution development

• Expected to establish the core competency and become the content expert within the group to provide guidance and solve complex issues
• Project management of varies R&D development programs
• Plan and manage projects or tasks to meet expectations on quality and timeliness

• Assisting the team training needs, guiding the team competency development, learning and growth
• New technology path finding and continue to innovate new solution for improvement and technology enhancement
• Lead team brainstorming for problem-solving and design review discussion
• Conduct and lead issue investigation, troubleshooting and work with cross-functional team for solution implementation
• Determine project specification and schedule by studying the product requirements and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to
• time with on-time full closure

• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Science in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/

  Computer/ Optical/ Photonics with second upper class or above

• At least 7 years working experience in related field at managerial position

• Strong in software programming, optical inspection & image processing

• Experience in using vision library e.g. Halcon, Euresys, OpenCV
• Well versed in Visual C++, Visual C#, VB.NET programming language
• Experience in leading & developing a strong performing R&D team
• Experience in machine vision or semiconductor industry, will be added advantage
• Knowledge of machine process, semiconductor processes and strategic innovation thinking.
• Possess good leadership, good experience of project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work with cross-functional (and multinational) teams to identify automation and equipment opportunities and develop solutions
• Willing to relocate to Suzhou, China
