Job Description

Client Reception & Demand Mining: Answer customer calls, receive on-site client visits, and respond to online customer inquiries. Provide clients with professional and comprehensive overseas study information of relevant countries, record client information accurately, conduct timely and effective follow-up visits, and deeply explore clients’ potential study demands.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual personal sales KPIs in accordance with the company and department’s annual business operation goals, and steadily contribute to team business targets.
Professional Consulting Service Delivery: Provide standardized and professional overseas study consulting services strictly in line with the company and project’s work standards and service processes, and deliver high-quality, standardized service experience for all clients.
Contract Signing & Document Verification: Take charge of overseas study service contract signing, standardize the collection of client application documents, and conduct comprehensive verification to ensure the compliance, completeness and accuracy of all application materials.
Team Collaboration & Process Handover: Cooperate closely with document consultants to complete client document handover work, synchronize clients’ core information and application requirements in a timely manner, and ensure seamless connection and efficient progress of the entire service process.
Full-cycle Client Relationship Maintenance: Maintain long-term interactive relationships with signed clients throughout the whole service cycle, synchronize real-time application progress, respond promptly to client needs and feedback, and continuously improve client satisfaction and overall service experience.
Other Daily Work Duties: Efficiently complete other work tasks assigned by superiors, and actively cooperate with team members to achieve unified business goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, no restriction on major
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in overseas study consulting, with solid knowledge of UK and Australia study-abroad markets.
Possess strong sales awareness, customer negotiation and communication skills, sensitive to customer demands, with excellent persuasive ability and target execution ability;
Able to withstand sales pressure and adhere to monthly/quarterly performance targets.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative, responsibility, and time management skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for communication and coordination with stakeholders in China.
