Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Examining and understanding new or modified business process workflows and how they are integrated into digital systems.
Take control of a number of digital services, mainly SAP S/4 HANA MM-Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Interfaces to External Logistic Partners, Global Label Print Solution (non-SAP), and Interfaces between SAP and Retail Systems.
Act as Digital Project Leader and/or serve as subject matter experts for SCM, procurement, and retail implementation projects.
Ongoing enhancements to business process efficiency that make use of the existing software portfolio and its capabilities, customising it for us through ABAP developments.
Offer advice on the assessment of new software solutions in course of new business requirements that the current software portfolio is unable to meet.
This position focuses on functional problems and escalations; L1/L2 support is outsourced.
There is a strong emphasis on comprehending business processes and converting needs into SAP solutions rather than technical development.
Work closely with organisations and peer teams (Digital, Process Excellence/Mgt., Key users, end users).
