Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support sales personnel throughout the entire sales cycle, from client meetings, presentations, price checks, sourcing, and showroom hosting to delivery and after-sales support
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and sales documentation accurately and promptly
  • Track and follow up on critical sales metrics including payment status, production timelines, shipment schedules, and delivery updates
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock availability records for furniture products
  • Ensure the sales team is fully equipped with essential sales resources including price lists, catalogues, proposals, material samples, and marketing kits
  • Update project status regularly in the CRM system and provide accurate reporting to the sales team
  • Monitor and manage office sample products, including furniture and charger inventory, tracking all in and out movements
  • Handle customer claims by coordinating with production teams, following up on resolutions, and keeping clients and sales staff informed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, contractors, designers, architects, vendors, and production partners
  • Address basic customer complaints and claims, escalating complex issues to the sales team when necessary
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to drive overall sales performance and achieve team targets
  • Support ad-hoc sales initiatives including events, exhibitions, and networking activities
  • Build product knowledge of comapny's offerings to provide accurate information and effective support to the sales team

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification or higher from a recognized institution
  • Preferably 1-3 years of relevant sales support or sales-related experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in all work responsibilities
  • Customer-first mindset with commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external engagement
  • Cheerful, people-oriented personality with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
