Job Description

Job Description:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, trackers, and comprehensive documentation including meeting minutes, reports, and submission papers
  • Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project flow
  • Participate in site visits to monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance across all installations
  • Support the coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) delivery and installation activities
  • Attend site meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support material procurement activities, including order tracking and delivery schedule management
  • Verify deliveries against specifications and project requirements to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in the defect rectification process, ensuring all punch-list items are properly addressed
  • Help compile close-out documentation including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation and maintenance manuals
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate them promptly to the Project Head
  • Troubleshoot and assist in resolving day-to-day site and coordination issues

Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read and/or edit technical drawings (advantageous)
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Keen eye for detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites
  • Flexibility to work both office-based and on-site as required
