3. If both of us reach an agreement on the Terms of Business, we will begin the search for the most suitable candidates for your role.
How the Hiring Process works
This is a general overview of what will happen while working with us:
1. We will begin searching after we receive your company's roles and requirements.
2. Upon finding suitable candidates, we will provide a customised profile and write-up for your consideration.
3. When you would like to interview the candidate, FIND will mediate communications and interviews between your company and the candidate.
4. When you would like to hire a candidate, our last step is to help you deliver the offer letter to them.
