Our client is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage their online and offline communication with customers, suppliers, landlords and principal to increase brand awareness and sales enhancement. Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include creating promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media and networking.

• Products advertising for sales enhancement and brand awareness on various media 
• Create or coordinate the promotional material for online and offline channels 
• Craft and send regular newsletters with brand’s updates 
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns 
• Monitor social media pages and address customers’ queries 
• Network with potential collaborator to drive brand awareness 
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams 
• Communication with customers, suppliers, landlords and principal to increase brand awareness 
• Coordinating marketing campaigns
• Identify and build long-term relationships with target audiences

• Experience: 0-3 years 
• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Malay, English & Mandarin) 
• Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like Meta Business Suite, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator 
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics 
• Good presentation skills
