Job description

  • Attending to user fronting and back-office processing works via online chat, support email, CS voice support, or tickets in relation to the following matters. 
  • Handling pre online booking enquires, post online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation. 
  • Checking booking status. 
  • Payment or Refund Escalation. 
  • App or web user guide and feature support. 
  • Contacting vendors about customers’ inquiries .

Job Requirements

  • At least holding an associate degree and/or expected graduate (documents required) 
  • Required language(s): Korean (mother tongue) / English (business level) 
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position. 
  • Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift (operation hours: 24x7/ Mon-Sun/ 5 days in a week) **can be changed according to business** 
  • Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Korean and English.
  •  Able to work in Malaysia (Ara Damansara)
