Job description
- Attending to user fronting and back-office processing works via online chat, support email, CS voice support, or tickets in relation to the following matters.
- Handling pre online booking enquires, post online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
- Checking booking status.
- Payment or Refund Escalation.
- App or web user guide and feature support.
- Contacting vendors about customers’ inquiries .
Job Requirements
- At least holding an associate degree and/or expected graduate (documents required)
- Required language(s): Korean (mother tongue) / English (business level)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift (operation hours: 24x7/ Mon-Sun/ 5 days in a week) **can be changed according to business**
- Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Korean and English.
- Able to work in Malaysia (Ara Damansara)
