Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Solutions Analyst Intern to join our fast-paced start-up environment and assist in the development of our products. Here, you can expect to acquire relevant skills and experience in the HR Tech industry, helping employers make faster and better hiring decisions. 

You will:

  • Contribute to product vision, strategy and key product decisions, while solving product challenges 
  • Support requirements gathering, feature definition, and documentation 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business development, marketing and others) to create and develop new ideas to deliver impactful experiences 
  • Gather user feedback through research and surveys to improve product quality and understand user needs
  • Assist in maintenance testing and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Strong desire and self-motivated drive to learn new things 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other additional languages are an advantage) 
  • Current students and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply (field of study does not matter)
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
  • Willing to work in Kota Damansara (walking distance from Surian MRT)
